Pickup & delivery
Try our new Online Contactless Ordering System for both Meat and Grocery requests. iButcher takes the safety of all of our staff and customers extremely seriously. While our store is being cleaned and protected with Ontario PPE guidelines, our Online Store is now open. Every cut and every item is available at the click of a button, with delivery and contactless payment options available.

All products in store are available for pickup or delivery. Any meat items are carefully transported in coolers to maintain temperature and ensure the safety of your product.
pickup
When placing your order, please select Curbside Pickup as your method of delivery. There is no additional charge to having an order placed for pickup, nor is there a minimum order amount.

Please have your orders placed at least an hour in advance of when you'd like to have them ready. This gives out staff time to prepare any items and put together your orders.
delivery
We deliver from Monday to Friday between 5pm and 8pm.

Orders placed after 4pm will be delivered the next day.
​
We currently offer delivery across Burlington, Waterdown and Oakville.
​
We cannot guarantee delivery times during our evening window as traffic, weather and other factors may affect our ability to travel.
